It’s all about people. In the old days, we had huge dreams, a few people and very little (or no) budget to accomplish our next milestone. Maybe we were naive when we dreamt big, but we got it done. We wore a few more hats and put in a lot late nights. The good thing about tight deadlines and tight budgets is you learn you can do a great deal on very little when you’re surrounded by the right people, who have a desire to stand by your side.

It’s amazing. Today, Davison Design and Development has grown with almost 300 of the right people. As the final details are addressed for our official launch of Inventionland tonight, I am comforted by the fact that the people who continue to help build our company are handling this major event, as well as, all the other tasks of running this growing company.

Since a dream can only be lived if it is supported by “Believers,” I am thrilled to know we can expand our dreams to an even higher level today. Why? Because we’ve grown stronger and larger by finding more of the right people. As we approach this next defining moment in our organization’s history, I am proud to be sharing our creation Inventionland with each of you.

When I’m older, it’ll be moments like these that’ll occupy my mind. Because what we dreamed, we made. And it changed the world. Consider this a toast to many more dreams together!
