Instilling a sense of professionalism in both dress and behavior helped unlock our employees' true potential. In the process I worked to create a sense of confidence in their work, so they can defend against nay sayers. Too often are people told "it can't be done," restraining their ability to grow and succeed. However, at Davison, there is nothing that can't be done. There may be stumbling blocks, and it may seem that they are endless, but it can be done. That is why we work in the innovative workspace InventionLand.
